Cody Pools to Build Viridian Lake Club
Cody Pools, Inc. has announced today that they have won the bid to build and will soon start construction on the Viridian Lake Club. There will be two phases in the construction of the Lake Club which will be located on the north shore of Viridian Lake. Phase one will include 4 pools, a party pavilion in which the HOA offices will also be housed, locker rooms and shaded structures along with an amphitheater that will overlook the Lake. Completion of the first phase is scheduled for June-July 2014.
