My name is Derek Medack, I am the Director of Warranty and Services at Cody Pools. Cody Pools takes its warranty and services very seriously. As the director of the Cody Pools Warranty and Services Team, I take providing good customer service very seriously. I personally work to ensure this attitude exists throughout the team I manage to provide you with the most experienced and friendly service in the pool construction industry.
I have been leading the Cody Pools Warranty and Services Team since 2018. Many of the well trained and experienced employees and technicians on our team have been working for us for many years. I believe that consistency, experience, and teamwork are critical to maintaining the solid foundation needed to serve all of your warranty needs.
Warranties on pool construction and equipment can be very complex at times. Myself, and my team of experts are here to guide you through the process of making sure your swimming pool and its equipment remain healthy for a long time into the future.
